Acer Aspire V5 Usb Controller Driver

Hi, Good day everyone. I've come across a very strange and annoying issue when trying to install the drivers for my USB's and external drives. Everything was working perfectly before I commited the crime of leaving my computer at my brother's house. Well, it seems that installing something called 'websearches' was a good idea to Him. After that the USB's stopped working and everytime I try to install the usb drivers I get errors such as 'Device software not successfully installed' or it just doesn't even show anything after puting the USB in.
I own an Acer Aspire V5-122p - [technical info. The correct driver is the AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller (0100 (Microsoft) Standard. Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller Driver for Acer - Aspire V5-122P working on Microsoft Windows 7 Professional. Device Name: Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller.
Anyways, I've try everything and yet the problem is still there. I uninstalled 'websearches' Cleaned the registry Tried to manually install the drivers Downloaded the Acer driver manger Checked the device manager and the USB has that exclamation point, but when trying to troubleshoot, windows shows that I need to install a driver for it.
After I search for it all it says is: 'Windows found driver software for your device but encountered a problem when trying to install it ' 'Access denied' Acer aspire 5750-6966 Windows 7 64 bit i3-2350 4 GB DDR3 500 GB HDD Any help would be highly appreciated. Blank koagulogramma printable.
