Barry De Vorzon • Add to Favorite • • • Barry De Vorzon (born July 31, 1934 in New York City) is an American singer, songwriter, producer, and composer. His first big hit was with The Tamerlanes, with whom he sang lead on their hit 'I Wonder What She's Doing Tonight' in 1963.

De Vorzon worked as an A&R rep for Valiant Records later in the 1960s, during which time he signed The Association and produced their first single, a cover of the Bob Dylan tune 'One Too Many Mornings'. De Vorzon composed the soundtracks to many 1970s and 1980s films, and one of the tunes, 'Cotton's Theme' (from Bless the Beasts and Children) was rescored by Perry Botkin Jr.

After The Warriors, De Vorzon composed several more soundtracks for Private Benjamin (1980), The Comeback Kid (1980), Xanadu (1980), Simon & Simon (1981), Looker (1981), Mr. Mom (1983), V: The Final Battle (1984), Mischief (1985), Stick (1985) and Night of the Creeps (1986).
